Since the pandemic came into effect we have had to think and work differently. At Citizens Advice Havering we want to keep supporting you in the safest way that we can.

We have found that we can help a majority of our clients over the phone however, we may see clients face to face should it be necessary to do so. Please follow the steps below so that we can discuss your needs and determine the best way forward for your case and circumstances.

We will provide the right information and walk you through the steps you need to take in some instances your case may need a specialist or it’s not an area we can help you with. In this circumstance, we may refer you to other organizations that can help you.
